What hours do I have access to my unit?

• Access is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

What kind of security do you provide?

• We pride ourselves on the security of our state-of-the-art storage facility. We have an on-site manager and a computer controlled gate access system allowing only customers into the storage portion of the facility. Our location is well lit and completely fenced in, with video surveillance cameras.

Am I renting the space month-to-month or do I have to sign a lease?

• Your contract is a month-to-month agreement with Canal Road Self Storage. You can move out whenever you want. Store almost anything: furniture, household goods, office items, appliances, boats, cars, motorcycles or other vehicles. At Canal Road Self Storage you store it, you lock it, and you keep the key.

How do I pay my monthly bill?

• At Canal Road Self Storage we give you several options to make your monthly payment. You can pay online by clicking ‘Pay Your Bill’ at CanalRoadSelfStorage.com using your desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone. With our AutoPay program, we can automatically charge your Mastercard® or Visa® card each month or debit your checking account automatically. And as always, you can go to the Canal Road Self Storage office.

What sizes are available?

• Our self-storage units range in size from approximately 5’x 5′ (25 sq. ft.) to 20’x 20′ (400 sq. ft.). We also have many climate controlled units to help protect your most valuable belongings. Our clean and well-lit facility is staffed by professional managers and open 7 days a week.

Wide Driveways with Drive to Door Access

• You will love our wide paved driveways and entrances for easy maneuvering of trucks or trailers with the added convenience of driving right to the door of your storage unit to unload.

Do you provide commercial storage?

• Let us be your warehouse. We are your low cost alternative to expensive commercial, retail, or office space for storing inventory, records, files, or equipment. We are a perfect complement to your business.

What are your storage options for boats, cars and RVs?

• We offer safe storage for your auto, boat, RV, or camper. We have secure outdoor storage options available for whatever length of time you need the space.

Does Canal Road Self Storage provide a lock for the storage space? Does anyone else have a key?

• You can purchase a new, sealed lock at our storage facility.

What are climate controlled units?

• They are units that are heated and cooled by central heat and air conditioning which also controls the humidity in the unit. This allows your items to be stored as if they were stored in your own home or office.
